Where does ButcherBox source its meat?
We source our products from trusted partners who prioritize animal welfare. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, our chicken is organic and free-range, and our pork is crate-free and heritage bred.
How is the meat packaged for shipping?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly, insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure your meat stays frozen during transit. The insulation is biodegradable or recyclable, and the dry ice will keep everything cold even if you aren't home for the delivery.
Can I customize my monthly box?
Yes! You can choose a Custom Box to select the specific cuts you want, or opt for a Curated Box where our experts select a variety of high-quality meats for you each month.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact our customer support within 7 days for a replacement or a refund.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your membership at any time before your next invoice date.
Does ButcherBox ship to my area?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
